Social Café-Alzheimer Society

The social café is a welcoming space where persons living with dementia and their care-partners can socialize, build support networks, and enjoy dementia-friendly activities together. This event is sponsored by the Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton Halton.
Location: The meeting room at Sackville Hill Seniors Recreation Centre. 780 Upper Wentworth Street, Hamilton.
